John 8:12Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
Trust that we all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our families and Friends. Jesus made one of the profound statements in the Bible in this passage when He Declared And used the Word I Am. This speaks of His personality, character and nature as well as His mission. He is the Light of the World. Who Do You Declare To People You Are?
Can you speak boldly as Jesus did of your mission, character, personality and nature?
The essence of Discipleship is To Be Like Jesus. Now the Bible already called us the Light and Salt of the Earth Matthew 5vs. 13 -15. But we are challenged to Let Our Light Shine. So it is in our power to shine as Light as Jesus did and He said those that follow Him will not walk in darkness. Finally, where are you leading your self,friends,family and those around you to? To the Light or to Darkness?
