Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
The mindset we have about the Love of God for us is critical to how we perceive life circumstances and situations. We often judge things in life per how we think of it. Even so, when it comes to how we respond to the things we perceive to be troubling and difficult we tend often than none to question the love of God for us in such situations.
But, we must recognize that God’s love is both unconventional and ever abiding and that no matter the situation, God never ceases to love us. So we ought to know and accept that God loves us always because when and if we do, it changes and impacts our mindset about life.
We are encouraged to keep ourselves with the love of God. Meaning that we knowingly think of the Love of God daily even in the worst possible circumstances. We focus on the love of God when life situations become unbearable. We speak and encourage ourselves with assuring words of God’s love. You see, when I know that someone loves me unconditionally, my thoughts of that person become a comforting thought and my first inclination when things go wrong is how can I be in this person’s presence and just be held by his or her warm embrace even so with God when we true accept that God loves us.
You are not alone. Life may be very difficult and challenging now, but as the scripture say, He that did not spare His only Son but gave Him up for you, will He not also give you all things to freely enjoy through Him. Even so, meaning that the death of Christ for you and I are a living proof of the fact that every other thing that is good is grantee. So I say to you. Wrap yourself with the Love of God. Know He loves you and all is well and all is going to be okay.
I pray for you today that you will experience the boundless love of God and His warm embrace. You are Blessed and Highly Favored.
