Worry and Anxiety Never Brings Solutioins To Problems – Pray Instead.

Life in itself is challenging and to face the challenges of life, one must embrace the fact that no one is immune from the challenges of life. Jesus said in John 14 vs. 1 – 3 ” In this World you will have troubles but be comforted for I Jesus have overcome 🙏 “.

Often as we face the challenges of life, it is natural to respond to Life issues from the standpoint of fear, worry and anxiety. Now, let us accept that worry, fear, and anxiety is a natural response to events and issues that we do not understand or have control over.

However, God has assured us that He will not leave us nor forsake us even to the ends of the world.

To effectively respond to life’s challenges, each one of us must:

A. Accept the fact that in this world there will be such issues and that faith in Christ doesn’t deny the existence of Life challenges but that through and by faith in Christ we are victorious. Avoiding denialism is critical to overcoming life’s challenges.

B. Be mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually prepared for what life will bring. Preparation is important. Having a realistic expectation of life and people, knowing that anyone can be a source or conduit of challenges helps you regulate your emotions and expectations.

C. Depending on the Grace and Power of the Holy Spirit is key to daily victory in life. The Holy Spirit teaches you what to do and gives you wisdom to know how to navigate all that life may bring.

D. Developing a perspective of a learner – Meaning that you see opportunities in what life’s brings and allow yourself to grow through those experiences is undeniably important.

E. Sharing with those who love and care for you and understands how to effectively support you when you are going through is key to peace in the midst of life’s storms.

F. Applying the principles of Phil 4 vs. 6 – 9 is important. Pray and release your worries and anxieties to God and allow the peace of God the surpasses all understanding to guard your mind and soul in Christ.

It is okay to know that sometimes things are going to happen that you do not and cannot control.

It is OK to accept that life bring uncertainties and that you are going to go through as long as you live here on the earth.

It is okay to be at peace with self and know that is all you can do as you cannot control what others will do or say.

Resolve to be the answer you pray for.
