The power of gratitude

Psalm 98 (KJV)

98 O sing unto the Lord a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.

The Lord hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.

The psalmist understood the need to be grateful and the power of gratitude in life, especially when it comes to the works of God in the lives of His people. As we start a new calendar year, we must start with gratitude and a heart full of thanksgiving for what God has done. The power of gratitude is that it enables you to stay focus on the good things happening around you. It inspires your heart to see possibilities amid challenges. So those who are grateful are always positive in life.

Positivity is a critical component of success in life. So in this year of fruitfulness, dare to be grateful and stay positive. You will see the goodness of God in the land of the living. A positive, grateful heart knows that praise is due to God and that worship belongs to God. God has done marvelous things and has shown His salvation to us in so many ways. It is imperative that we start the year right with the right attitude and approach to things.

Remember that the seeds you plant today in this beginning will be the harvest you will receive tomorrow. Learn to plant the seed of gratitude and praise. Learn to plant the seed of positivity and hope. God is committed to honoring His word in your life. You are commanded to be fruitful and fruitful you are and fruitful you shall be all the days of this year. For you are blessed beyond the curse.

Shalom,

Apostle Morgan.
