Philippians 2:8 (KJV)
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
This week is a remembrance of the very core of our Faith. Jesus died for us as an atoning sacrifice but as we reflect on this wonderful Truth, we must also reflect on the lessons of this season:
1. There is nothing that can stop you when your heart is made up to serve God.
2. Humility is the key to exaltation.
3. It is a choice to be humble.
4. Obedience to God is and has always been the pathway to being a pleasure to God.
5. When we die to self we become alive to God even as Jesus did.
6. Our lives is not our own. The day we accept it and begin living it, our struggles of obedience will cease.
Arise this morning and ask yourself, am I truly an obedient, humble servant of God.
In Humility,
Apostle Morgan!
