Waiting – one of those words we don’t really want to hear because we often consider it to be associated with Delay.
However, the Bible presents a totally different idea about Waiting – Biblically, Waiting is seen as a Hallmark of Growth and Maturity especially as it relates to Spiritual Discipline 🙏.
We see that Waiting is not delay rather it is an act of Faith and demonstrate a Growth in the Virtue or Character called ” Patience “.
Now, obtaining Promises Biblically are tied to # Waiting & Patience “.
” You have need of Patience after you have done the will of God that you may Obtain the Promises “.
To wait therefore, requires an understanding of the value for which you are Waiting. Knowing that it is not a waste of time and that through the process of Waiting you mature and grow in Character is essential 👌.
When you wait, you must wait in Hope and in Faith. Waiting is not # inactiveness” rather it is depending on God and serving God moment by moment as you respond 🙏 to each divine instruction by Faith.
Avoid giving God your own timeline and avoid allowing people influence your heart ❤️. Stay sensitive to the Holy Spirit and obey God promptly as you wait.
Resolve to be an amazing Helper 👏 to someone else this year.
