A fundamental thing with God is His ability to change things and make impossible situations to become possible. The power of change lies with Him, therefore, His abilities are boundless.
He is able to Make All Grace abound unto You: Implying that your present situation is not beyond the reach of change. It is going to get better and as you look to Him for strength be assured He will provide it.
Grace in this context focuses on divine abilities to accomplish your heart desires.
The church at Corinth had a desire to give to the support of the church in Jerusalem but they did not have the means to match their desire. So Grace becomes the solution. I pray for you that Grace for your desires locate you. That by Grace the sufficiency of God be your portion. You will get it done for God is the God of all Grace.
