In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began;
Of all the things we seek to know, and understand, it is of the Greatest value if we seek to know and understand the Nature of God.
Knowing and understanding the Nature of God is the basis of a flourishing Relationship with God. For the extent to which we know Him, to that extent our Faith is Built.
Knowing and understanding the Nature of God is a life pursuit, it demands and requires intentionality. For those who must know God must be willing to seek Him and to search the Scriptures.
Knowing and accepting that Jesus Christ is the full and complete Revelation of the Father, brings you to the place of a deep desire for intimacy with the Holy Spirit who is presently in this world 🌎revealing Christ through the Scriptures and our personal walk with the Holy Spirit.
One of the Nature of God that runs constantly throughout scripture is that of FAITHFULNESS. Which implies that God is.
A. Dependable. B. Trustworthy. C. Ever Consistent. D. Incapable of lies. E. Incapable of variation.
The FAITHFULNESS of God rest upon His Holiness and Goodness, therefore, the Promises of God are Trustworthy. We can rest in knowing that what He promised, He will do.
As we relate with people, authority figures, or parents, we may have formed a perspective that were birthed through negative experiences of the inconsistencies of Men. And often, we transfer those perspectives to our relationship with God. So much so that we unconsciously start doubting God and questioning in our heart ❤💙 His trustworthiness. But know for sure that ” God is not a man neither is He the son of man, what He said He will do, He will do,who He said He is, that is who He is, what He has promised, He will fulfill”.
Our heart ❤finds rest in knowing that the One with Whom we deal with is Faithful and Trustworthy. Our prayer 🙏life and Faith Walk 🚶♂️grows by just knowing this Truth.
It must be stated however, that God’s FAITHFULNESS is tied to His Righteousness, meaning that in the out working of His ways and promises, God will not violate His nature.
We must be a people who love God for Who He is and not just what we think He can do. Love relationship ❤must be built on Revelation and not Just performance.
