God wants you to PROSPER!

3 John 2 (KJV)

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Many people are unable to trust because they are uncertain of the intent and motive of others towards them. It is often a natural thing with humans to be skeptical of others, especially if they have been victimized in the past. So the idea of I have difficulty in trusting others becomes normalized in them, and they seem to hold on to it sometimes as a defense to their unwillingness to allow themselves to be healed.

However, even when God proves that He is trustworthy, many have chosen not to open up to Him completely. It is the intention of God that all goes well with you. He has made it clear again and again that His heart for you and I are nothing but the best. He has demonstrated His love in ways that are undeniable. He continues to show each day that we can trust Him. So quit looking for excuses and allow yourself to believe that God truly cares for your welfare.

Here we see Him establishing again that He desires and intends that you prosper and be well even as your soul prospers. So the key element here is the prosperity of the soul, which can only occur when we build a healthy relationship with Christ through the Holy Spirit. Our soul prospers when we are at peace with ourselves by allowing the peace of God to guide our hearts and minds. Our soul prospers when our thoughts are kept on the LORD, trusting. Our soul prospers when we are not carrying guilt consciousness daily. Our soul prospers when we are at peace with one another.

Now when and if our soul is prospering, it translates to our body being healthy. So we can conclude, and by this evidence, that there is a linkage between the condition of our soul and the functionality of our physical body. I pray you to get more involved in knowing the condition of your soul and in investing in the soulish realms of your life because it impacts ultimately on your physical body. You are blessed and highly favored.

Shalom,
Apostle Morgan.
